So, yesterday we went to the Dr for the headaches we've been having, and since they're directly related(we think)to being multiple, we decided to come out to her. And she was cool. She didn't laugh, she didn't ask us "why we feel that way" or "who diagnosed us" and she acted like it was just another thing...I was so impressed. She asked me if I wanted to see a mental health professional, and I told her no, and my reasons why, and my fears, and she said okay, we didn't have to, no big deal, she was just curious, and wanted to make sure if we DID want to, we knew it was available. She asked me if she'd met any others, and I told her no, and she asked if they let her know if she ever does.
I can't believe what an incredible experience I had!
btw:
we made this. it's a slidey arrow, that points to all of us(we have a small system, so it's easy) so when we change, we can tell Jaysun(Rick's husband) who we are. He's all good with all of us, but he likes to know who he's talking to, reasonable in our eyes. Well, we do tend to find it akward, to announce ourselves each time we switch, it's just not fair for us to have to do that. So this makes it easier sometimes, because we can nonchalantly just reach up(it's near the bed, and that's pretty much the only place to sit in the room, except by the computer, and it's on the side of the computer desk)and move the arrow, so when Jaysun interacts with us now, he glances to see who's out.(And we've been good about keeping up with it, it's important.)
anyway, here's the pic w/o a link, incase.

It says our names in labels, I typed them to make 'em easier to see, and in the corner it says:
We created this slider to help out with knowing who we are all the time.
When someone's out, and they're able to, they move the sliding arrow, to their name,
and Jaysun(our husband) isn't as confused about who he's dealing with.
