Greetings all,
we have a question... and I realize this probably isn't a nice way to introduce ourselves.. first short intro is in order I suppose. We're Gryphon Household (Gryphons).. there's about 50 of us .. at least the active ones(well there were).. ummm.. My name's Micah-el.. and I'm sorta the default frontperson.. at least right now.. We sorta had a major meltdown a few weeks ago.. that left only one person around.. nobody else would come near the front.. and he couldn't talk to anyone (internally we mean) .. Considering the size of our house.. to say that things didn't go well would be an understatement.Right now there are like 3 adults and two kids around.. but things are pretty much wrecked. . This is the second time in a little over a year that something like this has occured.
Now to the question/request for advice:
Any advice about how to get people to come back out.. find them/help them get back on their feet would be greatly appreciated.. We don't have a t right now.. (long story).. so we're doing everything on our own.

Date: 2005-03-04 09:51 am (UTC)I have trouble all the time, and I've never heard any split claim that getting the face hurts. like, 'ouch thats painful' hurts.
I'm new though and I try not to mix with these people any more then I gotta, but Ive had days where all my effort, and all the effort of one of our stronger dudes took two hours to get me fronted.
They're nominating me for face if I could get my endurance up a bit cuzza what I'm here to do. (basically be a non-lazy-sofa-vidiot)
I figure I get here cuz I want to, even if stuff's pretty lame lately.
Im better off then our guy who can only front if theres an adrenaline rush in progress.
I got out today cuz we went to an art show. I sold my first piece of art too (got a quarter when I only wanted a nickel, WOOO!)
I dunno, try imagining a shovel then beating the lazy bastiches with it until they get back up?
