Talking with a friend late at night....

I think I found another Multiple like me... and I had no idea. My girlfriend's old coworker, Daniel, had become a good friend of ours. He spent the night before last and while Lisa slept, I talked to Daniel. It started off with an innocent game of teaching him cribbage and ended in a huge hug talking about past abuse. He even talked about a voice in his head before he goes to sleep saying "why dont you blow your head off?" but he keeps saying he'd never do that or even think it. It just sounded so much like me... he just doesnt seem to have so many different alters and he doesnt get the fishtank vision like i do... but its really nice to actually have somoene in person to talk to that's been through sorta the same kinda things.

It just kills me that someone messed with him cause he's such a sweetheart and i've become a little protective over him. anyways, after talking, we just hugged and it was really nice... cause its finally someone who can relate in that way. i dont know, am i wierd for feeling so great that i have someone to talk to or what?

...and sorry to those that I haven't talked to since my last post. I'm not on LJ all the time. I have a lot to do right now. Been really busy. However, if anyone does want to talk, just ask for my AIM address. its a lot easier ;-)

Hearing a voice doesn't mean your friend is multiple. A lot of people have internal voices. For most people, they're a form of talking to themselves, or work as a sort of automated feedback loop. The difference with multiples is the voices are coming from other people.
