Yes, the bones in that area of the skull are that general shape, though obviously it differs between different people.

Note: there's also a wafer-thin piece of bone that is right in the middle of that heart. It's the part that mostly-separates the nasal passages. But since it's very very thin and fragile, it tends to get broken.

About if you have made it would render to us greater service. Translations really bad - but it only a way to inform a speaking another language audience about us. My English is not so good to speak in medical English. The majority of Russian-speaking public is capable to understand English speech (school knowledge help with it), but practically unabl to speak normally on it (as I, for example:)).
