I was wondering if anyone was in australia?
I'm soulfire(souly for short) ..keeper of the littles.
W;re taking our abusers to court in january so any support/advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Thanx everyone :) Someone has to stop them from hurting other little ones. I just wish I'd had the courage to do it sooner :)

I'm a paralegal, and I'm curious. I don't know much about Australian law ... what charges are you bringing against your abusers, and how does your attorney plan to handle it? Is this a civil or a criminal case? What are you going to use for evidence?

Civil actions against one's abusers, in America, don't go too well any more, so I'm interested in what the situation is in other countries. Likewise, different cultural attitudes re multiplicity. Luck to you!

yeah I;m not sure what type of cse it is (civil etc) I'm just doing what I have tio do. Like statements, and my therapist has put in reports everytime I see her. Because it involved the church as well as a teacher and a headmaster, they have a way of dealing with it because it's becoming too comon. The anglican church just put milllions aside for cases such as thois. I had death threats made against me when I left the school and was put in a safe house. We have police records and statements from eveyone involved.It'd been a long journey and I cant wait for it to be over so my littles can feel safe again :)
