We all have "homes" inside, so to speak. Places we are when we are not at the front of the consciousness. Does anybody else do this?

Actually, mine is closer to a hotel...

*Hope* a really really big hotel...
*Lily* an over crowded hotel...
*Coral* with a pool?

Yeah well... there's a really big room with lotsa comfyness of pillows, really big fluffy pillows... and then everybody has at least one (some have a few) room of their own. Each person's room is suited to them (ie: Malkav's has lots of decapitated teddy bears and blood on the walls, and Hope's is bright and lotsa colorful. Sometimes, someone has more than one room, like Kida. She has a room for when she's human and a room for her wolf form. The wolf form one is more like a wolves den, but it's still a separate room. Then there are some like Coral who don't ever go into their room; Coral doesn't like to be out of the water... ever... so she stays either in the pool or the ocean... Oh yeah, she relocated either my hotel or the ocean when she moved in. (Actually, she says she folded the space between, so really didn't move anything, just squished a bit.)

We have something quite similar to a cemetery.
Cemeteries have always been a safe haven.
Sereph has the Temple, and most of the rest of Us have Our cemetery.

We have several spaces... there's one big room that's all dark except for a couple spot lights, though I never go into this room, this is where the others are most of the time. Then there's a huge yellow field, enclosed by a stone wall. There are several trees with yellow leaves to give shade from the always bright sunlight. *sigh* I love that place... I so, so want to find this field somewhere on Earth.

We have two places, probably more, but I only know of two... there's a castle (called The Fortress... which is where our system name came from) and The Haunted Mansion, which isn't really haunted, so I don't know why it's called that. There's also The Dungeon inside the castle, which could be counted as a separate place entirely, but that's only where the bad people are put.

We come from an alternative dimensional world. It exists in almost the same space as earth -- only in a different dimension. At certain times and in certain places the two dimensions intersect so that you can be standing in both worlds at once. The earth body is something we just all use here -- we have our own bodies back on Laura, and our own homes, too.

bloody huge thing...built in and from dreams, i think.
(still getting over the griffon nested in an unused fireplace.)
...and then there's the door somewhere in the basement that opens to a staircase that leads to a back street in 19th century London.

we have a big house we all meet in sometimes. some people have rooms in the house.

dan and clare and the dragon live in the mountain. the elves live in the forest. and the faery does as well, i think.

and apparently there are a group of women who live beyond the mountain. i have yet to journey that far. outside is too busy. :(

Many of us come from our own worlds, which we often travel back to when we're not up front. We spent a lot of time at one point worrying about whether all of them were real glimpses of other realities, or just things we made up. We decided in the end it doesn't matter-- the fact that they have -some- kind of reality to them is what's important.

Apart from all of those, we also have a land that we created out of a sort of common consensus and our own visions, a place where we could all be together and interact together. It's a place of forests and wilderness, with only a few small towns in it.

Yup. We have a large house, like an English country house, with lots of rooms and secret passages and attics. It's surrounded by gardens and parkland, and beyond that is the woods where the Lost Ones live. I knew about the House *long* before I was aware that there were others aside from myself living in it.

There's also Alorya which isn't really "ours", it's off in another dimension, a whole world in itself. Those of us who call ourselves "elves" are co-located there (living both there in our own bodies, and here in this one). Alorya is also accessible by some outsiders.

We have a house, and some gardens and woods around it. We all have our own rooms in the house, plus there's a few communal rooms. This place isn't really an other-world in the sense that a lot of systems have them, but rather something we deliberately created in order to have somewhere to meet and talk to each other... however, we do feel by now that it has its own subjective reality, despite existing only in our head. Or something like that.

um big house...well littler now...one floor... lots of rooms... garden out back plus playground for littles that were here...sighs

big tree (silver) in the meadow...where there is grass & some flowers... plus further on a water fall & near that is graves of those fallen in long ago alter wars.

we all live in a forest type place, many of us have tree houses or nests or live in hollowed out trunks of living trees, one of us lives in the mud, i dunno where everyone lives though, and i think sometimes it changes with the persons mood where they live, i mostly live in a large hanging nest it is very cozy and soft
at one point emotional stuff and things going on outside somehow caused a forest fire inside and it has taken a while like close to a year for the forest to start relaly growing back, and it changed it quiet a bit
