Introduction

Hello my name is Trich.  I've been with u for a few weeks and felt It was time for an Introduction. My spouse and I are trauma based plurals. Even though our abuse originated from the same group of people, we've developed completely different systems. I have more difficulties with communication and co-consciousness that creates too many inconsistencies for the children. Too many of us front in a day to track. In addition we only have access to half of the interality.  I was wondering if any of u had simlarities; or more specifically Incite as to whether the division may be linked to the communication/co-consciousness  problem?

not sure if it'll help.. but here's our opinions.. we used to have lotttttsss of trouble with communication. and didn't know anyone in the other groups inside.... first we started working on getting the groups we knew about working together.. and as that got straightened out.. and we figured out how to .. we built like an intercom system so we could talk in spite of the barriers..eventually the barriers fell, we've had to do that several times for different areas as we found out about our houses.. but it's worked..

The division may be linked to the communication problem.. but there are ways around it.. but maybe start small.. improve communication with the ones you know on that side.. and then you have a better foundation for working with/dealing with whomever is on the other side..

admittedly I have been more preoccupied with the unknown side. I just feel an urgent need to put things together. If u don't mind me asking, Did the unkown groups have any awareness of u or the others?

Yes, most did, but they couldn't talk to us.. or communicate.. some hadn't been out for quite some time.. some.. got out regularly.. you can message us on yahoo, aol, or our email.. to discuss further

Welcome to the community. I would try getting everyone, either through written, oral or thought-based communication, to try to introduce themselves and develop a system of internal communication. Others may have better insights than I as our group hasn't these issues ourselves.
