Others who are non-human

We've recently become aware of a new creature in here, who seems to be an angel. She/he/it has large fluffy feathery white wings, wears robes and dresses continously, is surrounded by a sort of light and behaves in an angel-like fashion. She/he/it also says they're around or above 300 years old. We were just wondering, is it normal to have non-human creatures around? (This question includes other species too, such as aliens, vampires etc)

We've got a nonhuman headmate. She's not even more than vaguely humanoid in appearence, but she does have the mindset of a human child.

We have a vampire. I think a lot of people have non-human headmates from what I've seen before. =) I'm also not entirely human inside headspace, though most of the time I do identify as such.

Most of us are otherkin/non-human including.. um.. several angels, and lots of shifters.. and well other things.. (dragons, elves, gryphons, goddess only knows what else)
so um.. at least for us it's pretty common.

The majority of our small Tej Agni group within Kasiya are Angelic in some nature. I'm half Angelic myself and married to a Vampire. Though the Vampire clans we know personally aren't as they are usually depicted in media. The majority of the non-human-looking individuals in our group are either Angelic, Vampire, dragonkin of some kind, cyborg, deity, animal spirit, or other. Pure humans are rather rare in our group, even though a great deal look human in appearance, they really aren't. :)

We have a plethora of elves, dwarfs (I don't mean like human dwarfs), animals, as well as a few vampires and giants. The closest we have to celestial beings is our Elders, whom are considered ascended beings.

We've had a few sprites/ghosts in the past, demons, dragons... and a few other creates we've seen on glance.

Wouldn't know about normal (since we've never been there), but we have two vampires, a half-elf and an alien. Oh, and the host is unicorn-kin.

It depends on what you're defining as normal, but it certainly does seem to be pretty common around here. :3 Though, I think a lot of people hide it in more 'standard' multiple communities than this one, because they worry about what people will think. (And to be fair, I see why people worry, because I've seen some pretty... gross outsider misinterpretations of non-human or partly-human system members before.)

Ellen, when she was split, had a bird as one of her parts (seems rude to call them that, but I can't think of a better word as they were in fact parts of her). So it seems perfectly reasonable for the human brain to house a non-human to me - ours was clearly capable of it.

I have been seeing angels for a very long time. I never thought it was unusual at all. It is just a matter of being aware of that frequency really. They are all around us.

yeah i totally just met her. and it was......orgasmic is the only way to really put it, i guess. i mean i'm a totally concrete singleton.....but i totally saw her and felt her sparklies which is how i describe energy.

she is all white and yellow around her and doesnt know any swear words or bad things and i just couldnt tell her anything bad and she bought me a kitten.

I'm a therianthrope, my totems are animals/dragons who sometimes take human form, and two demons. =) Not to mention my whole in-sourced (is that the right word?) world filled with all sorts of fantastic stuff.

Maybe not normal here. but they have an Angel and a demon running around. now me I am a shapeshifter so yeha, but before me there was a fallen angel.
