It occured to me that we don't think we posted an obligitory intro.

We are the SplitAngels system. We are a group of 40 members ranging in age from young child to very old.

For those that think it's important, we were diagnosed back in 1996.

There are only a handful of people that will be posting here. if they want they can throw an intro your way when they post.

We arent a group that sees ourselves as being disordered. we will use language such as alter because that is something that people are comfortable with and its a way to communicate with people that dont know much, but here we all know how it works so therefor we dont like that term and wont be using it. we're people, not emotions or fragments or _____.

We dont subscribe to therapy is required even though we do go. we go cause we want to, not because we are multiple therefor too sick to think for ourselves.

anyway, there you go. we did the intro thing.

Yo. BTW, introductions are not obligatory unless you are a mental health professional.

(And since your userinfo indicates you are semi-in the closet, it might be a good idea to lock your posts to this community. It's not exactly the most secure thing in the world.)

its nice to meet you! Rich, I'm not an "multiple".
May I ask who wrote that? Was that the "host" or an "alter"?
May I add you to my journal?

Does it matter?
