Your comments were incredibly helpful, both in terms of support and in terms of advice. Today is Monday, which means that the system is in external world work mode until Friday morning. Thus, I won't be back online here until then. I haven't yet replied to everyone who wrote, but will at that time.

Feel peaceful starting the new work week. Relief from the sturm und drang of the weekend. It feels far far away. Good to now be in productive and getting things done mode. Like a clear mountain top where I can see forever. I feel effective and strong. I hope very much that the rest of the system is listening and experiencing my good feeling and mindset here. It will be interesting to see how this week goes and what happens next Friday when the structure shift happens. I note the protest when I wrote 'next weekend' and have duly changed the term to 'next Friday'
