I have started a new medication for my bipolar. Anyone else on here ever taken Lamictal? My biggest concern with any new medication is that it will interfere with the nicely functioning system I've spent the past four years creating. I've always been a bit paranoid . . . but I need to know now if anyone thinks there might be a conflict here. . . .
I checked out every website I can find, but I can't find anything with this particular problem. I suspect that having a rare, commonly mis-diagnosed disorder, AND being multiple, AND not trying to become a singleton, AND trying a medication that's only been treating the disorder for three years is pretty, well . . . rare. I can't find any data on this, and I honestly don't think anyone's done a study or anything, (and sad to say, if some psych-doctor found out that this drug made singletons out of multiples, they'd be prescribing it to all of us. *sigh* stupid doctors! I wish there was a pill that would make multiples out of singletons, but that's a topic for another rant, lol.)
