We found something in Walmart the other day, called a Scribblet. it's a little kid's toy, basically an etch-a-sketch type slate, but it's a keychain, and the stylus is attached with a string, and you have to actually erase it with the slidey thing, it doesn't erase by shaking...we've found it's really helpful as an id badge...

you can see it there, and I think buy it...but you could probably find it on walmart.com, since that's where i found it(in the store)...it's made by Little Tikes, and it's like 2-3 dollars...

It's a mini Magnadoodle (http://entertainment.howstuffworks.com/question284.htm). We and our sisters had one of those when I was a little kid. I kept trying to break it to see how it worked, although I had a theory. Looking at this article, I was right.
