we're not sure who's fronting right now ... but we have a question.

have any other systems had problems with others in the system fronting with their own emotions and causing them to manifest physically?

the body seems to be quite sick right now but there's no physical cause. and we can only think that jack is fronting at least physically.

we're not sure what to do.

yeah, pretty much. we're having trouble wording things.

and we suppose it makes us feel better that others have had that problem ... how'd you deal?

I've had that in the past although i didn't know what it was and i just slept all the time. It lasted months.
Now when it happens i cut out things i don't absolutely need to survive like going out with friends or watching t.v. I find i just need to sleep more and eat right and work internally on why i am feeling like this.

We've definitely had the emotions of people not at the front affect fronters-- irritation, depression, etc. I can't remember any incident where it affected us physically off the top of my head, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. Certainly, most of us have experienced feeling sick/lethargic/etc due to emotions we were feeling when fronting.

hm, okay, then we're not losing it.

it's entirely possible we have the flu or something similar, but we've never experienced getting sick overnight.

Sure. Emotional rather than physical, except insofar as emotions affect the body.

What are your symptoms? It is more likely that this is physical rather than having to do with your people. Try taking Vitamin C, the more the better.

In any case, you're not "losing it", and even if it were an experience that no one else on this community has ever had, it would still be valid for you.

We only really have that happen when its sj's feelings affecting whoever is fronting. Like if sj gets upset and goes in, whoever else comes out after that will feel the residual of the emotions in the body. We think its maybe because sj isnt able to go in as far as the rest of us, or maybe its because according to this body sj is "core". We arent sure but it can suck. Not sure that is the same as what you were asking though.

If something upsets us, Alexander fronts and he is like a friggin Vulcan almost, except when it comes to anger. But once, only Molly was upset and her emotions came to the front and we feel it in the pit of our stomach if in no other way. Alexander tends to repress most emotions, to the point where we sometimes almost vomit at work if one of us is upset enough. What's worse is, Alexander does this to avoid the "weakness" of expressing "weak" emotions like sorrow or fear to other human beings. So if there's even the slightest chance of someone hearing our sorrow or fear expressed, he represses it until it's "safe." Which, since our parents can hear anything going on in our room, usually means sneaking out at night and going to McKinley park to sob as silently as we can.

Pisses us all off, except for Alexander. He's our protector. Of course, the split didn't occur until we were about 15. The way I dealt with the outside world before was by being so lost in my own fantasy world that I was practically autistic.

Hi , well when some of the younger kids are remebering something unpleasent or are afraid and they cannot communicate it whoever is fronting will get kinda immobile in what we call a body memory , or a body trigger like the body is reacting to a emotion, physicaly and it effects the fronters too But mostley when were all run down and not sleeping enough or drinking water the basics eating too . It happens to Katchia allot and Joanna there most body sensetive
