Sure, we get good ideas that way. Same for us as for singlets.

I think daydreaming can actually be restful. It lets the body rest as well as (usually) easing tension. Daydreams can be a nice escape from reality sometimes.

And, of course, daydreaming is the same basic concept for multiples and non-multiples alike.
