now, first off, I'm FTM, correct. mostly because I am the main fronter of a multiple system who lives in a Female body, and I am male. Secondly, I am considered a vampyric werewolf in a gothic subculture to which I belong. IF you were a member of said subculture, you would understand that. since you're not, you don't.

Third, Faith and Tara ARE NOT characters from Buffy, although I appreciate you being a big enough fan to recognize the names. Neither Faith, nor Tara had names, and when they watched the show, they identified with certain characters, and took the names.
Faith's full name(which the character Eliza Dushku plays does not have) is Faith Alana Alastair, thank you very much.
Tara is Tara Lynn MacLeod(where Tara is Tara MacLay, and don't make a crack about that either, MacLeod is our last name...)

First-off, this person is clearly an ignorant ass who thinks that everyone who's not like HIM is "in need of help", which actually means "should be locked up without due process of any sort, interrogated, drugged, and subjected to other tortures, including partial electrocution and/or having parts of their brain surgically destroyed if nothing else will make them recant". That's 'treatment'. That's what was done to homosexuals until the '70's, and the Christian Reich is pushing hard to bring back those 'good old days', so this guy would do well to stop throwing stones from a glass house.

However, telling him so isn't going to do any good, because clearly his head is lodged so far up his butt that daylight has no chance of reaching him. There's no point in arguing with such people, unless of course one enjoys futile arguments with idiots just for the sheer bloody-mindedness of it all.

Second, (and you probably won't like this part), posting that sort of thing on your Info Page practically guarantees that someone asshole is going to use it against you. In my other site (which is Flamewar Central; makes Lj look positively civil by comparison) there are a bunch of cowardly little anon trolls who are still trying to discredit anything I say there by bringing up personal stuff I (unwisely) revealed back in 1998. I don't really care, because they're morons without the courage to even use their known handles, but it's still annoying.

If I had a "rewind/erase" button for my online life, I'd go back and make sure that only my friends had access to certain details of my private life. I don't, though, so the best I've been able to do is to make sure that those details aren't accessible to anyone else. You might consider doing the same, if this sort of cheap-shot attack bothers you - the Internet isn't always a nice or safe place, and there's people who will stoop a lot lower than just making fun on some wanker Lj community.

The Part that gets to me the most, is that one Memeber of the Gay community, wa abhorrently nasty to another.

I know that 'my' community (speaking of the Gay, Lesbian, Trans-gendered, Questioning, Bi-sexuale.) Is fractured and Clique-ish,.

I try to not condone that.

It's hard enough growing up in a society that fears and hates us all because we are driven to find companionship (which is pretty much all anyone asks and or searches for in life.) within the same Sex. Suffering the slings and arrows of our Haters and foes is difficult,.

We have to grow thick skins, and Iron hides to take these things and brush them off with a laugh,.

Yet inside, a little piece of our hearts dies everytime a word, Sentace, Refrence, Qoute, or anything is said with the derogatory Emotions and feelings put behinde it.

I am personally disgusted with how, myeloma has acted towards ricktboy It makes me kind-of want to just Vomit,.

My Support goes out to Anyone who has had to deal with this on any level,. because above and beyond everything else, Semantics aside, Abuse is abuse!
