...Has anyone here had a member of their system just... die?

P.S.

It just occurred to me that somebody in the comm might take offense to the last comment, being one of the said people outside the system is a regular here, so I want to clarifiy that what I mean by sick and demented is the coincidence itself-- that the death of a person who was neurotic about never mentioning anything too negative about his life for fear of causing "drama" is itself probably going to be seen as "drama" by somebody somewhere. Catch-22, sick and demented. But it's not connected to anyone specific or any group specific, it's not an insult or an attack or even going anywhere in particular. Heck, I'll bet some singlets think that all in-system deaths are martyrdom drama or some shit like that, so maybe it's a Catch-22 that could never be avoided even if life was smooth and friendships never died.

But even so, it's really stupid. Life is "drama", death is "drama"-- I'm getting fucking sick of the term "drama", that's what.

Gah. That's not drama. I've known drama queens before, and these little bints who whine about "drama" every time someone posts about something even remotely emotional don't even know what it is.

Someone who can't deal with everyone in a system not being 100% cheerful and happy all the time... well, it's no different from expecting individual people to be smiling and happy constantly. It's just not going to happen.
