multiples in role-playing

multiplicity_archivespeople on my friends list will have heard about this already, but hey, I thought it was kind of funny.
Some of us here like to role play, we prefer journal-based ones, and we do a lot of Harry Potter ones. We have a certain character we play, Morag McDougal, and she's multiple. So, we applied for this game and they wrote back saying they needed proof we could play a multiple because of all the people who use it as an excuse for bad behaviour and have no idea how it works. They also said 8 personalities sounded like a lot of work.
All true, of course, but funny when you apply it to us. We had a few snappy comebacks that Nara wouldn't let me use in the first reply, and then they accepted us after that so we didn't get a chance to use them at all.

Date: 2005-05-25 04:20 am (UTC)I've heard before about people/lists that've got funny with systems just for using more than one name, or claiming that the system has an unfair advantage or is cheating, or shit like that. Sounds like you found a decent mod.
