M) Are there any here who can communicate with others in your systems or not, share memories or not, according to choice? To think separately, unaware of the others' thoughts and the others unaware of your thoughts, but able to communicate directly with others when it is necessary? Or, to put it another way: do systems exist with at least one person like that?

One of our members came up with an intriguing test that I'd like to request be done, if so: )

I'm really stretching out on a limb here...But I don't know where else to ask.
How do you know if someone's really been abused in the past or if its all mental delusions?
Dizzy is...not well.

Edit:
Dizzy's begging me to delete this, but that's not going to happen. So I suppose I'll at least give a bit more information.
I'm not sure if its from Dizzy's life before she got here, or from the host's life, and Dizzy isn't sure if its real or not. She just freaks out at random and them refuses to talk about it. But it seems this has happened before, all triggered by some thought of (sexual?) abuse.
So, second question...any idea how to help someone who doesn't want to face the past?

Hello, I just found this group from a Wikipedia article on dissociation. Looks good!

My official diagnosis way back when was DDNOS, but looking at criteria and all I was probably poly-DID (had 120 alts at one time, we're down to 18 they tell me). Married (pretty sure he's DID also, we have interesting conversations), three kids. We're all doing pretty well, thanks.

Look forward to poking around and getting to know everyone.
