Inconsistent

Does anyone else ever deal with the situation where some of your siblings/family/headmates or whatever are very consistent and very just... stable in their identity, their voices, looks, the way they respond to situations and then... others are so inconsistent they can hardly be identified half the time? ( If you're at all interested )

Anyhow... we just need... help? We're really discombobulated right now and just... bouncing all over the place.
