Hey, I hope everyone doesn't mind. I do not have DID, but I have studied it a lot. I was just wondering how all of you feel about hypnosis. Have any of you tried it? Does it even work? Or do you all enjoy having DID?

today my therapist asked me to make a list of the positive traits of each of my personalities. has anyone else ever been asked to do this sort of thing?
i have not started the list yet.
