Another One Rides The Bus,...

So we were out walking around today, (Frost and I) and had a visit from someone new.

still unsure as to why he has come, but never-the-less he is here. And In Truth he's been around alot longer than I had previously thought. I guess I was in denial, untill today when full force was exerted by him/her/it and we went and talked with the Crows in this little Park. They were all sqwacking back and forth and yelling about not getting any bread, and well. We just waded in and started saying our piece,.

And The Birds understood us and we understood them, Through our little friend that has come to live with us in our house.

I call him, "Jake" he having given that name to me a long time ago, and me being subconsciously aware of his presence for a while.

This is going to take some getting used to. That and I need to know if there are any communities that I could look at and or go to about, having a somewhat Feral, and Avian minded "House Mate."

He seems to be able to talk with our vocal chords and can use english just fine. But for the most part. he sqwaks and doesn't verbalize all that much. The best way I can describe it. He lives in the attic (flys down into the main part of the house from time to time, but stays up there most of the time.) Frost (who just doesn't acknowledge that there is something new in our lives) and I live on the second floors in the bedrooms. Who knows how many more are in our house. but I could easily see a bunch more coming and crashing on the couch,..........LOL

Wouldn't that just be my luck,....*chuckles*

As you live in a more relaxed situation with people who care about you and where it is safe to be who you are, you may find there are a few more. You might think about putting a new wing or two on the house... ;)

There are communities for otherkin multiples, but we are not in any of them and we don't know how mature/ relevant/ helpful any of them are.

The advisement to remodel will be taken in due consideration, and probably enacted when the need will arise.

You know, you're the only one who has responded so far. I realize that there's many who probably haven't even seen the post yet and or care about it...

I'm sorry, we get this way sometimes...

Thanx for the advice and I will search out these community's and we'll see what they are about and see if they'll help and what not.

We have a catgirl that lives here, transferred from destiny_and_co.. She's able to use human speech when she's out, but she prefers to use cat when she's inside, or our inner mindspeak (our word for our inner telepathy)...

Well, (Our Friend) Crist Erui, Tried to talk to Jake in his tounge and he got all wierded out. He turned to me and asked "Why is that Human talking to me in Raven speak?"

From my best guesses, Jake can understand English, Can speak it but either won't or doesn't wish too, With my Help and Ride-Sharing he can type (In English no less)

He is amazingly Smart, and intelligent, he just gets distracted alot.

He's a Human Born Raven who has figured out that he can't go do the things he used to,.........................He really loves swings, as long as we keep our feet off the ground, He says it remindes him of flying.

Anyways,

*laughs* Well, Illyria's half-elf, half-demon, so that's where she got her knowledge from.

I can understand the whole not wanting to speak/type English thing. I know that Illyria and a few other people are more comfortable inside, where they speak their native tongue.

I'm not surprised that he's smart.. I know a lot of birds are smarter than people think... *smiles*

being trapped in a human body is hard, and I am having a hard time typing, but this seems to be fun,..

Hey this is ~M~ I think that's the best that we're going to get out of him, being up and in the driver's seat is a new thing for him, and he's slowly learning the limitations and whom he can and can't be around.

He surprised us last night by coming up in our friends house with a bunch of other Ppl around. and we were really happy for him.

Yes I was coaching him how to type, but I think that he's capeable of talking, but for the most part, He just points at things and laughs, and Investigates anything interesting that come his way, and Of course,.................He loves Shiny things.

He's A Raven, and Absolutly disdains Crows and considers them a lesser speicies.

Anyways, glad to make your aquaintence, We hope to talk more to you over the coming days,
