Intro

Hi, I'm Alixx. Not quite sure what to say here. I don't *think* I have DID, but lately I've gotten the feeling that I'm "not alone" in here, if that makes sense. I do have another "side" to me that my wife has named "Psycho", but I'm not sure he's a full fledged personality yet. But he might be. I also have some body image issues that I think might be a part of this but I'm not sure. Is it possible for one of your "others" (I guess that's the term) to be missing one or more limbs and try to force that upon the primary body?

Well, not exactly... just making the "front" (me, I guess) feel like there *should* be limbs missing. Forcing might be too strong of a term really.

As far as "Psycho" (for lack of a better name) goes, he seems to just be completely unemotional, and if anything a little cruel. He's got a creepy laugh, too, apparently, although I really don't have much memory about him. Hell, if there is more to him, I'd be glad to meet him, just to figure out what's going on in here!

A lot of systems have that... self-image different from the body and they keep thinking they "should" have things the body doesn't. The stronger the person's presence is the more you will get that sense.
