Good Morning!!!!!!!

I'm Onyx...I'm the original...or Host as my multiples like to call me, I'm a lesbian, temperemental artist, and I have MPD...
I have a few, and I'll introduce them as they're a bit shy...

There's Alex...He's a soldier in my system, He takes over when there's stress, and conflict, protects Sammie when times are rough, he tends to be verbally rough and blunt...he's also my oldest multiple

There's DehDeh, she handles the sensual stuff, when I can't, she tends to be bisensual which makes for difficult times for me when some guy starts flirting and there's no way to trigger her to appear...especially when it's a guy she's flirted with before*groans* she's a teen...

there's Berit, the rational one, she's the one who finds a solution to ever problem I may have even when alex rehashes it, over and over....

and then there's sammie...he's 6...he loves boohbah, mucha lucha and pitches a fit when it's changed, he'll watch jeopardy, and even crank yankers with DehDeh around, he loves winnie the pooh's eeyore and ferrets, when he's scared or upset, Alex takes over quickly...

thanks for the welcome, wow...i didn't know there were more gay and lesbians as multiples...sammie is glad to meet the new friends and is trying to justify watching teletubbies, I refuse to watch it, and she curious about sailor moon, as my brother indulges her with anime, and DehDeh's curious about a few{as always}....I'm on geodon though for some reason, and they're kind of quiet lately, but we kind of panicked at wal-mart and I faded, and found myself munching on doritos and gulping welchs apple cider, the staff was Not amused....my mother and partner had a "fun" time explaining my behavior, the staff didnt care, as long as the items were paid for..*L* alex came around and I blurted "fuck you" and laughed...sheesh...anyways, thanks!!..that's my day today ..in a nutshell

Why are you on Geodon? You don't know why you were put on it? That's a powerful neuroleptic which has caused several people we know to have extremely bad reactions. It is not a good idea for multiple systems in general to take antipsychotics, because they tend to break down communication-- we've heard from some plurals who never lost time at all until they were put on antipsychotics. That may very well be the reason behind why the others in your group have been 'quiet' lately-- they may be trying to communicate, but the medication's making it difficult for them to get through.

My advice is to stop taking the Geodon and ask the doctor seriously why you were put on it.

no wonder they're quiet half the time now, and yes I do lose time nowadays, my partner has to remind me of things....i will ask, and i will switch psychiatrist if i have to, this is going too far, and my group rarely trusts her anyways....

I just recently took myself off Geodon a few months ago. They've been putting me on antipsychotics for years and they never did anything. I've made more improvment since I've been out of thereapy and off meds than ever before.
