An Apology

I'm sorry, people, I do realize that I have been a major arse-hat, and in all honesty, have not considered how rude I have been.  You see, with the exception of the Lord Teloian,  I rule our host body unchallenged, the next strongest personas (Angst man and Felix) rarely challenge my authority.  And in all fairness, we don't exactly get along.  I've always been controlling with more than a lack of concsience, and because of this, I do abuse my power.  It isn't right nor is it in any way polite, and I should have known better than to expect others (with working consciences) to find it even remotely entertaining.   It was a selfish and rude act, and I'd like to apologise for posting it.

There was something intertaining about that post. That part about the hot chixx0rz seeing your mad air guitar skillz. Maybe that was karma biting your butt.
From now on I hope you consider Phil's feelings. How would you like it if someone yanked you away from front while you were doing something you loved.
You don't have to get along but some mutual respect would be nice. You may be strongest..or second strongest... but that doesn't give you credence to act
like an ass. What goes around comes around, Fred. Remember that.

I'm not as concerned about the post as I am about the fact you deleted it. You got in under the wire, we're not banning people who delete commented posts any more, but pay attention to the rules. Next time you don't like people's comments, or you're sorry about something you said, edit the existing post or make a new one. If something really needs deleted, contact one of the admins and we'll be more than happy to work with you.

Good!

I managed to get a copy of the deleted post and its comments, in case people want to see them. You usually hear of this kind of issue affecting classic MPD groups, but it can be a problem for any group without a consensus to responsible behavior and a working operating system. How you work together to solve the problem, and what suggestions you receive, might be of interest to others with the same problem who come in here looking for answers.

One of the serious real keys to being what some folks call "A high-functioning multiple" is that anyone with any sort of power has to be aware of and reasonably considerate of the others sharing the body.

Do As You Would Be Done By.

Any one of Valentine, Aisling, Kiril, Sheridan - they could lock everyone else out if they wanted to. Front exclusively. Exclude the 200 some folks here from interacting with the outside.

That would be a Very Bad Plan. There'd be a war, and we'd no longer be functioning very well. Everything would literally fall apart.

Instead, we share resources. Protectors watch. Assigned-Job people do those jobs - like going to the doctor, running out to work, seeing to chores. The 20 'actives' who want to Front share and claim 'personal' time in rotation.

It's like living in a huge boardinghouse, you can't pick your housemates and it's the only place in town so you all have to learn to get along and work together so that everyone's happier.
