Communication and Cooperation

I wanted to share something that we do a lot that I think people might find helpful. Communication and cooperation are two of the toughest things for a multiple, and we do this in times of stress or frankly... boredom, happy times, cooking, working... just about whenever. ROFL
Right digressing...

Dancing.
We put some music on outside, pile into our boardroom and dance. Make room for your body to move too, for this to be most helpful, although some people might prefer to just do it inside. I can barely explain what happens with us... it reminds me a little of those dances where you see women behind one another and they look like a human with lots of extra random limbs and heads that come and go... but they always overlap, forming one, somewhere.

OK, so maybe this was dorky... but it DOES work wonders for us. Maybe give it a try or two and tell us how it goes for you. Dancing is like talking without words, using body language instead.

You have no idea how well that applies to one of our system-mates. :) She doesn't naturally speak; her race's language is primarily body language, bioluminescent signals, and a bit of a psychic element. And she absolutely loves to dance. :)

Dance is a very important art on Laura. So is sign language, which is similar in many ways.

Same thing happens for us only its when we are exercising.

Exercise, dance and writing seem to help us. I draw and digi-paint for relaxation. Tahl finds very fine, detailed work, like making models and doing pixel art, seems to help him at front.
