Greetings to you all and thank you for the welcoming words. It does my heart much gladness to see Echo’s tentative steps into this community have been well rewarded.

As it would seem I have already been introduced, at least in part, I have chosen to add my commentary to this board. I wish to say I was grateful to discover this case is not isolated, and that my long search for other people who can understand what is happening here is at last finished.

The philosophy and conversation intertwined with the communities we are part of should prove most intriguing to read, and are no doubt ripe with goodness. I do hope that friends will come of this venture, Echo reaching out to talk to the on-line community he has found so much comfort from in the past.

If there are specific queries anyone would like to address to Us, please ask them to me. I am the one who has been here the longest, though I daresay I was not born here and have complete recollection of my life before.

It would be of great interest to find out if there are any systems / hosts etc., who reside in the Bay Area of California. A friendship, which is not solely based on line, would be of great interest to me.

The stars are closer than you think,
Kinet (aka “K”)
