we have 36 hour days inside the honeycomb, so it makes it much easier to live outside lives, because it's longer between times wanting to be out (if any of that makes sense)...

for those who do live more than one, how do y'all do it?

Yes the days on our main world have 31 hour days. There are times when our cycles here in the earth realm run into each other because of this. We'll be awake during the day and sleep at night, but then in a month or two it'll be the complete opposite while here.

Time goes all sorts of weird ways where I go, which is part of why I age slide a lot. It's easiest for me to come over here when I'm around 10, hurts sometimes if I'm older. It's the way here and there line up. It's actually same season there now, which is rare, but it's deep winter there instead of getting near spring.
