Well,.....You could Call it a Literary throw-back of some sort.
Back in the day when there was *No* Italics or Bolds People used to Capitalize the words that they wanted to stress for Empahsis.
It was commonly used up to the Begining of the 20th Century.
Also It's just How I type.. I naturally put more Emphasis on the words in my speech that are Important in the Conversation. That Translates to type for me.
Really It's the most Bizzare thing. I Naturally Over-Capitalize Because this is how I sound when I'm talking to you.
