CRAP! Sara's gone somewhere and what the hell am I supposed to do. All these fraggin church people at work, I swear there's 5 thousand of them and I don't wanna do her fraggin job. Why is it she thinks she can run away and hide when ever she doesn't wanna deal with crap?

One possible answer is to recruit others in-House who enjoy or do not mind doing that particular task. Then it won't be only "Sara's job", but "the job (with all the church people)" and this subgroup of people accomplish it, either taking individual turns or as part of a team.

And yeah, we've known singlets who did just that, often after making a big speech about how enthusiastic they were about the project :b
