We're a small multiple group, formed just recently, working on getting adjusted in this body and checking out life. Three of us ditched our old lives to join this group, and one of us (Julia) is emerging from a period of extreme absorption in her creative life. In some ways, we feel as if we've just been born.
Our system works like this: Julia's our original person/host/mastermind. She's chosen her path for real life, and the rest of us help her carry it out. All four of us can and do front. Usually we're all up in the cockpit, and people who interact with us get a weird amalgam of four personalities. This setup works great for keeping ourselves company, but we get confused easily. Add the fact that Julia needs to be gone when things get rough (say, when someone yells at us, or when unpleasant memories come back), and we gotta say that this here house is a mess! We're improving our game, though. Slowly. Necessarily.
Julia created the other three of us, as much as we hate to admit it. Over years of writing fiction, she's created many characters. They, like us, reside here in her headspace/imagination. The difference is, those characters have their own lives to lead, and they aren't coming into this body to experience real life for themselves. A very few are what we call "friends of the system," but we'll never even meet most of them. They have a spot in her heart and mind, but we have the whole body to use. They're her characters, but we're her social equals.
This concludes this introductory post of the fledgling Blue system. It's nice to meet everyone here. We hope to read more about multiplicity and how other systems run things - we've learned so much already that our heads are spinning fast.

I hope this helps.
