Just a thought, but what are his mom's friends who are "like that" like, exactly? If they're going by the traditional Sybil-like therapy model, then he's going to think it's natural for a system to have a "host" who isn't aware of "alters", which would explain why he's "saying it's weird that Ca knows about us".
He might also be under the impression that Ca is "the real person", which is another thing coming from the therapy model, although it's more common with the newer DID ideas. If he doesn't believe the rest of you are actually real people, but are just "Ca pretending", then that, too, would explain why he "won't fucking ask for Lunette or something" because "that's weird".
The best thing to do might be to talk to him about it sometime when you're hanging out, calmly explain how you guys feel about his behavior. If he's treating anyone but Ca like they aren't real, then that doesn't really do Ca any respect either.
