To reassure you, Sethrenn up farther and we have both experienced something that seems to have been spontaneous integration and we're all seperate again for the most part, but it made it a lot easier (and slightly more disconcerting) to just sort of blur together when things get stressful...
I hope that things work out for you, but glad you are here in this community as it's a good place to get support when things are hard to understand, too.
