Is there a reason she has said or indicates that she hates you?

It's good to remember that with multiples they're all people. Just like you probably don't get along with everyone at your school or your place of employment, you may not share interests or get along with every single member of a system.

If you feel safe doing so, you might want to talk to this person to see why they dislike you and if there is anything you and they can work out.

Otherwise, your friend might want to talk to her system member to see if they can work something out themselves.

she says she hates me b/c i care too much for my friend, and everyone that's cared before has hurt them... it's frusterating b/c she will deliberately come out to get me to go away when i have been having a friendly convo with someone else in the system... =\

It sounds like she is trying to protect her people from further emotional hurt. Such people (multiple and singlet) often behave as if they hate others, when they actually fear them or the hurt they might cause. You have to convince her that you are no enemy and that you have no ulterior motives.

thanks, i've been trying but she is very verbally abusive. i resist getting into arguments with her, and tell her i'm sorry if i said something that may have offended her, but she exhausts me, and i think that is her goal...

but our housecat who is orange beige and white just jumped up on the desk and is watching the "little dncing kitty icon" , hes pawing it and it is Hysterical .

We've never seen are cat do this even with TV cartoons , wish the kids were awake to see this . We might let Elaine out of her room to see this since she is probobly sulking and brooding and plotting .

With a straightforward message like that, it's usually wise to act as if they are a straightforward person and not a troll until proven otherwise. Trolls usually don't write messages like that, and I can tell you in all certainty that although this person has never written to us, we get emails like that constantly asking for advice, diagnoses, and all the other stuff we can't give.

Astraea web has helped us make a lot of good, organized, community building identifications for ourselves. So we advocate sharing it even IF the person had been a troll (which they weren't!)

Yeah, from a troll I'd expect something more along the lines of "You're completely batshit insane and should be locked up," or "You're so pathetic for believing in these made-up people."

That's what the trolls I've seen in most multiples' journals seem to run to, anyway.
