A system within a system / Or niehbors?

Hi My name is Shelby .

I live with Tiea but Jade got us into this community. I have personally noticed a new person who does not talk much , I tried to communicate with her , she looked to be about 12 or maybe 10 to 12 all she would say is "I live in Darby's house we havent been invited to your house yet". then I noticed I posted a quetion the other night and there was a comment signed Darby with a answer . Is this possibly a new person ? but why the reference to not my house? Darbys House. Could there be two cores for lack of other term or twins cause she looks like a young Tiea

Could there be several houses or systems within one ? Has anyone had that or are they just like nighbors ?

just our two pence, but yeah.. we have several houses.. think 4 or 5 last time we did census.. .. and used to be very divided.. and not talk to each other at all .. cept maybe to yell on occasion..

Look back through the community archives and you'll see several references to in-system groups; that is, people within a system (House, family, whatever) who have their own system (House, family, whatever). It's not that uncommon. We always bring up Prince Iyan because in our own world he's very visible. He's got a clan of his own, called Chalashar. In our world, multiplicity is respected.

This question gets asked so often that I'm thinking of taking it to him& as a proposal for an essay for our website if he& has time.

I think we'll wait till Jade or Tiea is more around and ask if they want to invite her or maybe she'll respond if she is observing.

Or maybe she is a nosey nieghbor too who knows ...Uhm where exactly are the Community Archives ? I keep clicking archives and we end up back in the journal Jade started ,personal for us with our entries ?.

You can't get there by clicking "Journal" and then "Archives" at the top of this page. As you found that refers to your own journal. I am talking about the community archives, the link to which is on the community info page, which is here:

Along with a lot of other information you might find useful.

Or, more simply, anytime you see the LJ logo for multiplicity (that's this thing: multiplicity with the little icon that looks like a flower next to it -- click on that flower. Take you right to the community info page.

The trouble with livejournal is it's neither user-friendly nor intuitive. You want to find anything you have to dig halfway to China.

Yes, in my experience, there can be different systems within one larger system that encompasses everyone. I've heard of other people who have similar things. We also have twins in our system, and we've heard of other people having that as well.

It's hard to say if Darby is another 'core,' but I've heard of things like that or at least similar to what I think you are referring to. It could also be that they are just neighbors and that they happen to live in different locations, and in this case, houses, in your system or world (however you prefer to call it).

Only you and your system can know for sure what the answers are to your questions. The best way to find out is to ask in different ways and wait for a response.

Hi Thanks for your comments uhm someone else said I could look through archives . I see archives for my personal journal, we have written . Where does one find Community archives ??If you know that is ,?... also Tiea in the other world where here brothers and sisters are and Parents live outside well Tiea is a Twin and Tiea's twin lives down South so now were all wondering and Shelly and I are twins in our house with the Mosaics Thanks a bunch Shelby/

It's possible to have 2 different systems. We had 2 different systems become one. That was just our preference.
The best way to find the answers to these questions, are to talk to your system. They're the only ones that can *really* know. We can only guess and tell you our experience.

Ok so you have 2 systems but now you have one . Hymm sounds like allot of Intergration, right ? Did they all go away or like die off or, can they come back in spirit in another life mad cause they were made to be mushed together ? Not to scare anyone if that works but, we took forever to figure out who can front and co- front at work and home . Especially who can drive . Sounds like allot of patience to me and work , but at least some of us pair off sometimes but there are 39 in this house. That would be quite and endever, I just like noticed two houses together I'm in awe .

PS the original question was. We all had a budget but the same products are being bought often in differnt brands .

So Tiea asked which brand everyone used more and took a vote . Everyone voted. Christine bought it , she likes to shop. But Our money is always short and many brands of same item in house so we were looking for creative ideas on how others deal with that issue especially shampoo ( I mean its only hair ya know)? We vote , we have forems , we use message boards at home and post its and we journal and we hide money

Er... NC didn't mean they integrated... We functioned as two separate systems and the one came and joined the other... Integration does happen in here... It happens naturally... It's never forced... People just sort of blend together...

Ghaaa, now that's stuck in my head as a plotbunny. The more I think about it, the more it feels to me that that actually might make a good twist for a horror-ish story- especially if they went and haunted the offending shrink or something. Heh.

I know its a weird thought but Tiea is so scared of "walk ins" she brought it to my attention . I guess well thats why she flipped Oct 9th and wrote all whacky , it was the anniversery of her Moms death who she was primary care taker for 14 months and her death ended badly with unkind words . Her first post. She felt she was being chased around the house no where to hide . So she wrote like she ran. ha ha So because she was smelling Mothers perfume and the picture of them together kept falling down she thought a "walk in" Oh No that meant she could come reside with them now that she is dead . But Jays House explained it and let her know she was probobly most likely in peace and not aware of her raging words and threats . Jason suggested chamomile tea and it helped .

This is why I brought that up .It would make a great Holloween Story though but with my non understanding of "walk ins" and Tieas fear and us feeling it were real & concsious of if we get rid of someone with our superficial selves it made sense . nay its ok .

But maybe we'll save it for a story at our Holloween Bash this year

Tell her to get some information (http://www.mentalhealth.samhsa.gov/publications/allpubs/NMH02-0140/default.asp). That's not a walk-in, that's an anniversary reaction. Some people have those, either PTSD related or just in the course of life. They can't hurt you and they are not supernatural. We've even had a couple ourselves, and we usually don't react to things like other people.

Now that we know what a walk in is were still a little confused & embarressed and spooked but, a gal posted the night before she had a demon in her.

Tiea thinks if a dead relative who was diabolical comes along that would be a demon. + the picture kept falling off the wall , and we never smelled her perfume on anniversery before. It was wierd. But were getting definatly lots of info, cause that was one creepy night...Speaking of night, I think we have 15 minutes of night left the alarm goes off at 4 :oo am (DRAG being a insomniac)I know it sounds gross but jade likes Green tea and Joline and Tiea and I ,like coffee and we go to work, so its time to mix are conconction.

Ah, is that part of what you've been worrying about? I wasn't quite sure before because some of you type in a way that's a little hard for me to parse so I didn't quite get a sense of what you meant... Anyway, yes, some multiples have demons as members of their system, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing, any more than having cats or elves or any other nonhuman is necessarily bad... just because someone is a demon doesn't automatically mean they're all about the "death, doom, and destruction!!!" mindset that you see in the media.

If the idea has been really bothering you, maybe it would help for you to make a post to this community asking about what having walk-ins and/or demons in-system is like.

Hi its Shelby , but Tiea is listening so yaeh thats a good idea see, hm the problem is we were kicked out of a Church or two or three when we tried to share we were plural.

So Tiea finally found a Church she likes and they seem to not think of us as demonic in a bad way but the other Churches tried to deliver us and excorsise us to go away and Tiea got so sick. Landed in her in a locked ward for 3 days and changed our life.

We all got sick and scared them all yelling at us at once to go straight to Hell with our Father satin so Tiea and some others here really believe there is only one kind of demon very bad . So Thanks maybe we will ask someone who has a demon if its like anyoneelse or beng tortured or controlled . You mean like just start a discussion about systems with demons ? And have them say what it is like to have a demon on board . Tea has to think about it she stil thinks they can flip out and enter her if she gets too close. I think the Church experience really changed something fundemental in all of us regarding demons.

I am surprised Tiea even tried another Church . But she has a definite Ministry to teach people in Church about perceived mental illness and other marginalized people , maybe this could be something she could educate church people on too . Tiea shakes her head Oh no dont push me !! She cracks me up.

Tell her even if her mother was actually present, that's a haunting. That's not demons.

And every anniversary reaction is different. A person might not feel anything for five years running, then in the sixth year it all comes up and hits him in the rear.

No way a haunting ...I am equally afraid of or more of a haunting .

My Mother was more scary around the time of her death than ever before and THAT was scary.

I just whisper Jesus name like crazy when I am scared. Its time for some mellow music and a chill pill, its just so wild everything she cursed me with, has come true EVERYTHING.
Thats pretty close to a Curse and that night was freaky wild but things have calmed down. We definatly dont like hauntings thanks allot for the info, Tiea

Two answers, like everyone else has said.

1) another group of people cohabiting in a different house, like neighbours.
2) another system within the system.

For 1, we have lots of groups, like villages, scattered around. I haven't been to any of the others but some travel a bit.
For 2, one of our fronters has his own system, like a multiple within in a multiple. Both happen.

Thanks for answering so well and breaking it down . Personally I am a nester and can't deal with many more changes but Jade would probobly enjoy the company. I get the villages idea cause ,we have rooms that almost like a Hotel and we each can double up or go seperate and theres a Master Bedroom for Front runners.

A kitchen for Rosie cause she is a Chef, but then, other kitchens we can cook in, so I get that concept.

I stick to my own area with Shelly and we visit Jade and Tiea visits us so its all good . Unless Tiea has a meltdown or is phsically sick or scared then we all scatter to differnt places and hide

I dont know how one would become a multiple either . For now we are thinking because we have twins two sets maybe they consider themselves plural in samantics.

A while back we asked out "T" about this and he suggested that one person fractures or splinters off more so consider themselves plural cause they need each other but have a braek in one creating two and so on . Like a breakdown .

To me that sounded too splintering , fragemented and like they werent people but parts so I just said "A Hu" maybe and left it alone cause we could see what he was suggesting and we experienced these "splintered Fragments as whole people , But we get allot of dissappearing acts too. Which leaves us I guess waiting and wondering . Maybe they devide uop like we pair up according to same interests just a thought

Hmm. We pretty much group everyone within our realm as one "system", just for an easy lumped up term for those not used to Multiples. But if we wanted to get technical, I suppose that each individual planet in our realm could be considered a different "system". Or we could call each individual "planetary system" a "system". Our particular slice of the galaxy is broken up into "quadrants"; containing solar systems, planets, etc. I'm not sure exactly how we'd separate into more than one "system". Who knows. We don't really think in terms like that. It's mostly so people "here" can try and fathom what goes on.

Jade is listening cause we just discussed this, We... well our house or system or family or gang looks more like a huge Hotel with several rooms. We can double up in or go seperate to do whatever . There is a lobby and a laundrey room and a Huge Kitchen yet we each have seperate kitchens too, but Rosie is a Chef so that helps her Cause shehas the large Kitchen

We have been tonight asking for Darby and asking if she would like to visit our house . We never thought of another system within us but there were others that did vanish for long times but eventualy surfaced, and some. we never heard from again.

After brainstorming were thinking a split took place cause it was a mixed up time and they live maybe around us, but with us too we dont know yet but after reading from Archives and comments were starting to get a understanding of it .

Like your wondering about planets being differnt Planatery systems were wondering if diffeernt levels in our Mosaic Hotel could mean something deeper as to why they chose to reside there and are sometimes not at Lobby meetings. Like floor 7 doesnt join us. They choose to have someone give them minutes of meetings . So maybe it will be as easy as asking if they would like to join us in the dinning room .

I guess Like a Hotel function where all guests are welcome . Because this is the only thing this younger Darby will say is . " We have our House but havent been invited to your house yet" . Looking back on personal handwritten journals it would appear someone with the initial D has been writing comments we never took notice of because we have a Danielle and Diana so we thought they were just shortcutting but they said No . So well have to wait and see.
