ahem...
okay so, my name is dave. i'm here in this community primarily because... i am singular, and my wonderful, amazing girlfriend is not. another person from her system introduced me to this community a while back, but i took my sweet time in checking it out :P she suggested this community to me for "more information about multiplicity", etc... but im just hoping to make some new friends lol
anyways, a little about me... hmm... bisexual, vegan, pagan, goes to a christian school *headdesk* there's a huge contradiction for you... puzzle that one out, eh?... i play guitar and bass, and i'm slowly forming a band with a few close friends. in fact, we're starting to get to the songwriting stage of formation :D:D:D hmm... i dunno what else to say... i look foreward to meeting all of you guys, girls, plants (dont ask lol)

i actually just finished reading the layman's guide earlier today :D had to laugh at some of the sardonic responses to myths, such as "thank you for the daily dose of patronism" :D thank you for the other two, though, they should keep me up half the night :D

And I understand ya on the pagan+christianschool deal - We wound up going to a private highschool that may as well have been a christian school, and with the majority of us being eclectic atheists (with lots of pagan-ish spirituality mixed in) it was quite a headdesk-experience for us as well. ;p

And Mindless would like to know what kind of band? She'd love to be in a band, but unfortunately has no musical talent heh. Anyway, good luck with yours. :)

:D:D:D mindless, it's probably going to be a sort of prog-metal type thing... we've got a kickass female vocalist... but with my guitar training (lots of blues, rock n roll [think everything from elvis to kiss], and of course metal), it's gonna be an interesting mix. definately gonna pull off some crazy solos in that group :D
everybody has musical talent. some just take a lot more work than others.
i shall check out the site when i return from bible thumper academy later today :D
