Oh, lotsa arguing going on in this thread... ah well, here are my answers.
1. A bunch of people living in one body, with all the advantages and disadvantages that any other group of people would have.
2. It's like sharing a dorm. A REALLY large dorm.
3. I think everyone in our system is an inner self helper. We all help each other out, inside and outside (well, save for a few rude exceptions)
