I'm in some chat based RPG's, and honestly, I'd not mind them saying "You sure about that?" or a bit of a test run or something. There's a couple folks who play multiple characters straight out of Sibyll *cringe*, one who seems to have a decent grasp of the idea, and then there's this girl in a wheelchair for a lower spinal cord injury that just makes me cringe because they character has been in a chair for 11 years, but the girl is drawing off of her own clumbsy attempts at maneuvering a standard hospital type chair for 2 weeks when her knee was messed up makes me want to scream sometimes...
I suspect that was a run-on sentence. >_> <_< Oh well. Fortunately the last girl is somewhat open to suggestions, but honestly, she's constantly falling out of her chair, missing corners, etc... when she's in perfect health otherwise and the player is all "but that's how it works!"
No, really, it's not... not for that sort of injury...
