Tonight's phone conversation with my shrink makes it clear, he thinks random wards would be babysitting and reminds me that I'd hate that - he'll get me in if I'm sure I need it, but it's babysitting.

B4 at Sheppard Pratt? That he thinks could help. That he's working on. And I should think about it, it stays my choice.

For a shrink I didn't want to go to because he was a man, he's pretty good.
