It wouldn't be very theraputic, at least for me it wouldn't, if it wasn't creativtive. And it's going to be word based. Text stuff. I'd love to have a paint and paper and clay art group, but I don't think doing one of those over the internet would (for me) be sufficiently diffrent from doing the art alone.
The _poemcrazy_ book actualy goes a lot deeper into the theraputic swamp than the self-consciously theraputicly journaling one. Amazing what some people do with the courage of ignorance or innocent childhoods.
