Multiplicity

I want to thank you for your note. It was very nice. I did not mean to offend anyone. I am a woman that has DID. DID dose not have me. I hope you understand what I am trying to say. My girls in my system are not made up they are very real. To me and to others. Yes our oldest daughters knows that Mama has more than one inside her is how we put it to her. she is almost 13. She meet them all But asked that I try not to let them come out when she is around. If she walks in the room and one is out then she said she will give me time to switch back. But at this point she is not ready to interact with them. And we are granting her wishes. In time she will be ok with it. It has to be hard as a child to know there there is more than one inside your mom. and that one of them is younger than you. I dont want to go threw life thinking that I dont have this. It is not a disorder or disability to me. It is just who I am. I dont resent the term MPD/DID cause that is what it is. The good part is I run it. It dont run me.
