Hello. Have been on an interest/community adding binge tonight. And saw that most of my friends from fragmentminds are here so figured we would join up.

The body is worn out from being sick. So I'm the only one who can front. Though Katz seems able to co-front with me for short periods of time on occasion. I was wondering. Does anyone else have problems similar to this? That is, difficulty communicating within your system, or changing fronts when your body is pushed to its limits?

Would post about our system. But too tired right now.

Usually, when you're not sure if someone else does what you do, on this community, you find that more people do than don't.

What you describe is pretty normal in our experience. Everything, including switching frontrunners, is more difficult with a tired bdoy.

We're mostly midcont, so when we've got something huge to face, we come together for awhile and don't tend to split again until it's safe to relax...

Of course. It's the body's energy we're using after all. One can't create extra energy out of the aether.

If the illness is very severe, one of us who is adept at caring for the body's health may take the front and hold it to ensure proper rest and nutrition. Otherwise, whoever is at front is expected to tend to same while continuing to engage in his activities of daily living. (gives Jay a bit of a Look)

We change sometimes like that. we are a community that works will together 89% of the time. so normally we can talk over who would do best for the body due to what is happeneing outside. but sometimes it just happens. cold really is a big thing with us. not many caan stand to front if it is cold outside ...sick is hard also. and if is lots of pain then one of our protectors Tina normally will front till the pain is gone. She also takes all the blood work and ivs for us.
stress is same. TammyLynn does not do well when is stress. so we make sure to not ask her to front if stress is happening. and if she is at front and stress happens one of us rush in to take the front.
OUr Innteral Self Helper(Reberto) also can at times just decide who is best for what. is odd Reberto has no form right now. He is like the main brain frame of the inside community computer that is inside. yet we all get mental feed back from him at times.

Wow, that is a lot like us... none of us can handle the cold either... mainly because the body is physically weak and prone to getting sick while cold... but Luke and Cody especially hate it because they have a lot of bad memories on cold days..

Sick will also do the same thing... when we are kind of sick like we are now, someone who synchs with the body well has to co front with me and the weaker ones... and when really sick only Cody can be up front, but Katz is getting better and can help..

The only one with a high tolerance for pain is Cody... there have been times where she has saved us because of how strong she is..

Stress always messes us up too...we cannot focus at all as we get more stressed and eventually Cody would come up front and settle us down..

We gat migraines, whch basically kill me for a while (sounds drastic but it's the best word I can come up with, Ellen feels like I'm completely gone and I feel, while the migraine's coming on, like I'm unravelling or falling away). Tired tends to make us switch less, but we handle tired well as a rule, and the same with pain.
