On this one, at least, you're right that I wasn't clear enough. I wrote this to be as understandable by the non-multiples on my own journal as to anyone here. I'm perfectly aware, as I tried to convey near the end, that at the core this is all one mind, that at a certain clinical level she did this to herself.
That doesn't make it any less wrong, any less damaging. Emotionally, for me, it's the loss of a few people (remember, the "primary" wasn't the only one affected by this purge). For her, though, as a whole, for the system, it's a step backwards, away from healing, away from maturity. That's what really hurts me.
And I know, from your big long argument elsewhere, that you disagree. Not interested in discussing it. Just clarifying my own position.
