We used to switch every year or two in December. Now we switch many times during the period of a day. 2 1/2 years ago under a lot of stress and perhaps still under the influence of another major experience we broke down and were forced to find another way of operating. Astraea's website played an enormous role when we saw that we did not have to be a multiple mental patient but could be functional.
