Hmm, but do you really have a "tracer"? The best thing would just be honesty (and having a tracer may be honest I'm not sure). I would just tell her straightly that doing what she's doing is very offensive and rude and mean. Otherwise she'll take it as her behavior and treatment was ok, and it wasn't.
