1. MP Headache is caused by changes in cerebral blood flow as upfront personnel change (switching). Try feverfew herb -- it's a specific for migraines and lots of plurals say it works for MP headache.
2. Someone on this community devised a pin with people's names on it and an attachment with a little window you turn around to show the person's name who is out front. When we were in New Mexico, we discovered mini-license plate keychain charms with the names of three of our frontrunners and the name "Laura" which is our homeworld, so we bought those and put them on a necklace and wear it at work and other situations where people know we are we.
