More curiosity, we seem to have a lot of it lately.

We've found that we, especially Seb, dislike having photographs taken, probably due to the inevitable body dysmorphia. The photo will never record me, only the body.
Does anyone else react this way?

What you've said about facial changes is intriguing. Can I ask where you heard about it?

This is something we have experienced for as long as we can remember.... Even our childhood photo album is filled with pics of US.... every photo is someone else...and they look very different....

I do know that it will, sort of, reflect me, but...ack. It's female. And it's *short*. It doesn't even have a family resemblence to me. It doesn't usually bother me, I work with it best actually, we're much more graceful and less clumsy if I'm driving. But I still dislike photos because I know people will think of the result as a recording of 'me', and that person neither exists nor is the person fronting. I feel like it reinforces the delusion that a body and a person are synonymous.
