We sometimes have the "whose memory is this" issue - so far for us it's been a matter of how the data is saved and accessed. (I like computer analogies. They make sense to me.)
Let's say I'm the one fronting. I save my memory to the shared drive.
One of the others is not fronting, but saves her memory there as well.
So now there are two viewpoints to choose from, and which file you open sort of depends on how you remember things.
I really hope that made as much sense out of my head as it did inside it...
