I remember reading your post regarding your therapist forced integration. Though it doesn't show in this post of ours, we still have a great deal of anger regarding therapists who impose their own beliefs and treatments upon people who trust and rely upon them. Our anger was one of the hardest things to get to, so, we regard it as healthy in our case. Nan was very split off from anger, but we are teaching her to honor it, so long as it isn't acted upon self-destructively.

We read all of your posts and the other entries here, because we belong to this community. Never have we felt as accepted as we have since joining.
And, when we didn't know anyone who is plural, much less interact with them, we found it extremely lonely, in spite of Nan's many friends in life.
