Well - there's blurring. And there's trying to squeeze people into one place because it's expected. Needing to disentangle things. Getting people to dare to be them instead of pretending to be someone else. Having an idea of what sort of person you are but not being able to "place" yourself ("where do I come from" and "what am I doing here" have a lot to do with "who am I"). And gestalting - where you won't find out who's present until you get to something you disagree about.
