I think you need to talk to Christina more before you talk to your girlfriend. Ask her if she can agree to be nice to her, or not be out around her, or explain why she hates her.. I'm not sure. I'm sorry I'm not much help. It does seem that you will have to tell your girlfriend eventually though.
